This privacy notice explains how Network Rail Infrastructure Limited use your personal information. Personal information is information that is about you and which identifies you. Network Rail are the data controller for the purpose of data protection law, in respect of your personal information collected or obtained as outlined within this privacy notice. This is because we dictate the purpose for which your personal information is used and how we use your personal information.
SignalCX are a data processor and controller - they use the data to email the Service Animals™ link to participants of the Service Academy, and send Service Animals™ links to licences, videos & reports'.
City & Guilds are a data controller - they provide accreditation to participants who complete the Service Academy programme.
A) To enable you to book onto and attend a Service Academy session and receive third party accreditation upon completion of the course.
B) To carry out high level analysis after the event to see how successful this was, for example percentage of attendees from Network Rail.
C) To ensure that course participants have also completed Service Animals™ and will also be enrolled for that if not.
The data subject has given consent to the processing for one or more specific purposes.
Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party – see B above.

The data described above is stored on the Service Academy portal.
Access to the Service Academy portal is controlled via password protected accounts for specified individuals within Network Rail.
Data is also transferred to City & Guilds to enable the provision of Digital Credentials.

We have procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you (and any applicable regulator) of a breach where we are legally required to do so.
