Course: Advanced Service Academy

We're delighted that you want to book onto the Advanced Service Academy.


The Advanced Service Academy is a 2-day face-to-face workshop plus a 90-minute on-line pre-attendance briefing and a preparation activity (customer interviews).


If you manage a team and/or have the mandate to develop the service strategy for your team, customers or stakeholders, this course will develop essential service leadership skills.


It's challenging, involving and active with real life examples, so it's practical and relevant to you and your role.


By the end of the programme, you will:

  • know your customer service strengths and development areas
  • know your development journey and how you want to be seen by others as a service leader
  • know who your customers and stakeholders are and what good service looks like to them
  • have a service promise that says how you'll work with your customers and stakeholders
  • have started to develop your own customer journey map
  • have skills to rally others to support the culture change and improve service
  • be inspired to look beyond the organisation for great service ideas.
