Stations Advanced Service Academy is for managers and supervisors at our rail stations.
Workshop Aim:
To have the skills and confidence to lead and manage my team to deliver great service at our stations.
Workshop Objectives:
By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:
- understand what good service looks like at our stations
- understand the behaviours and expectations of a service leader and their own strengths and development areas
- know how to communicate to drive engagement with teams
- know how to encourage great service through feedback, recognition and coaching in the moment.
Workshop Outcomes:
Participants will:
- be provided with a set of tools and frameworks to support them to manage and support great service
- be engaged and motivated to deliver great service personally and through their team
