The Service Academy is assured by City & Guilds. This means that everyone who successfully completes the
Foundation or Advanced Service Academy will receive a globally-recognised professional certification.

Foundation Service Academy will introduce you to the basics of great service and
why it is so critical for the rail industry. You will be able to identify who your customers are
and how you can improve service to them

Advanced Service Academy will introduce you to the key skills and behaviours of
a service leader, starting with how to define the service you offer your customers and stakeholders
and ending with how to motivate and encourage your team and others to deliver that service.

Follow on tools are a set of downloadable self-learn tools,
that cover a range of specific service skills, for
example 'saying no positively' and are available to everyone
who completes the Foundation Service Academy and
Advanced Service Academy.

Stations Advanced Service Academy is for managers and supervisors at our rail stations. It will provide you with the skills and confidence to lead and manage your team to deliver great service at our stations.

Stations Foundation Service Academy is for team members, together with their managers and supervisors at our rail stations. It will introduce you to the service standards for your station and enable you to deliver great service.
